Position Overview As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and families. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Greet patients and families with a warm, friendly attitude

Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently

Manage patient check-in and check-out processes

Verify insurance and assist with billing inquiries

Maintain accurate patient records

Coordinate communication between patients, parents, and clinical staff

Support overall front office operations

Qualifications

Previous dental or medical office experience preferred (pediatric experience a plus)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask in a busy environment

Detail-oriented and highly organized

Positive, team-oriented mindset

Experience with dental software is a plus
