Paid hearing education for those who desire to grow! Responsibilities: Complete patient intakes by phone and electronically. Upload documents and maintain accurate patient files. Set up telehealth calls between patients and providers. Assist patients and family members with their needs by phone and virtually. Monitor treatment orders for timely delivery. Keep providers equipped so that they can serve patients in retirement communities. Monitor patient cases so that no patient gets forgotten. Qualifications: Must be highly influential with our amazing senior patients to help them get the CARE they need. Must be comfortable and capable of navigating and maintaining patient records in practice management software. Proficient in office software and email. Analytical skills to maintain accuracy. Personal relationship skills to serve patients and families. Excellent communication skills in writing and on the phone. Compensation: $48,500 - $80,000
