    Patient Care Coordinator - PCC

    Our client is seeking a Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) for our Fort Myers clinic. We are looking for someone with prior chiropractic office experience who understands patient scheduling, front desk operations, and clinic flow in a fast-paced environment.

    The Position:

    We are currently seeking an experienced Patient Care Coordinator to support daily front desk and administrative operations within the clinic. The PCC will help ensure smooth patient flow, excellent customer service, accurate scheduling, and organized office operations. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and experience working specifically in a chiropractic office setting.

    Responsibilities:

    • Welcome patients and visitors professionally in person and by phone
    • Schedule appointments while supporting provider flow and patient satisfaction
    • Manage front desk operations including check-in, check-out, phones, and paperwork
    • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
    • Support patient intake and ensure forms are completed properly
    • Collect payments and verify financial information
    • Communicate scheduling updates and patient arrivals to the care team
    • Help maintain an organized, clean, and professional front office
    • Monitor and order office supplies as needed
    • Provide excellent customer service and patient support throughout the day

    Requirements:

    • Part-Time Schedule
      • Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
      • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • High school diploma or GED required
    • Minimum 1 year of chiropractic office experience required
    • Prior PCC, front desk, or patient coordination experience preferred
    • Spanish speaking required
    • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
    • Comfortable managing phones, scheduling, paperwork, and patient interaction simultaneously
    • Must meet Florida background screening requirements
