Cherry Creek Eye Physicians & Surgeons, P.C. is seeking an experienced full-time Front Desk and Patient Experience Representative for a multi-specialty ophthalmology and optometry practice in Denver, CO. We are looking to add a dynamic, dedicated and energetic team member to our thriving high-tech practice. The ideal candidate is someone who has a positive attitude, strong work ethic and meets new challenges with an enthusiastic commitment to learning!

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Previous experience in a medical office setting (eye care preferred)

Word processing/computer scheduling experience

Knowledge of typical office work environment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Integrity and reliability

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Facilitating smooth patient flow within the office

Checking patients in and out for each doctor in a friendly and efficient manner

Verifying patient information including insurance coverage and then registering patients correctly and completely into the system

Answering general and insurance billing questions for patients in-person and on the phone

Collecting payments and correctly balancing all collected monies against receipts

Answering phones (sometimes multiple lines at a time) with proper phone etiquette

Ensuring confidentiality of medical records and patient information

Demonstrating initiative when completing outstanding tasks

Providing the highest level of customer service to patients

Assist providers and patients with contact lens orders
