🌟 Be the Human Connection Behind Home Dialysis Care

In home dialysis, how care is delivered matters just as much as the care itself.

While Registered Nurses oversee clinical assessment and treatment, Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) are often the ones patients see, hear, and connect with most. You are the calm presence in the home - the person who explains, reassures, observes, and ensures patients truly understand what’s happening.

This is not a clinic-based role. It is a field-based, patient-facing position supporting dialysis patients in their homes within a defined territory. This job is designed for someone who brings empathy, emotional intelligence, and follow-through into every home they enter.

Technical skills can be taught. Care, awareness, and human connection cannot.
