    We are looking for experienced staff to join Chart Prep Team is responsible for organizing and updating patient medical records prior to scheduled appointments. Their work ensures that providers have accurate and complete information, enabling efficient and informed patient care.

    Key Responsibilities

    Review upcoming patient appointments and prepare charts accordingly

    Retrieve and scan medical records, lab results, and diagnostic reports

    Ensure all relevant documentation is uploaded into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system

    Reconcile patient information such as medications, allergies, and medical history

    Communicate with provider offices and facilities to obtain missing records

    Assist with faxing, scanning, and indexing documents

    Notify clinical staff of any missing or incomplete information

    Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations

    Skills & Qualifications

    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    Familiarity with medical terminology and EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Allscripts)

    Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    Excellent communication and customer service skills

    Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy standards

    Document imaging or scanning experience preferred
