    About Our Practice

We are not your average dental office. We are a growing, modern practice intentionally building a culture centered around exceptional patient care, advanced treatment planning, strong communication, personal development, and overall quality of life — both for our patients and our team.

We believe healthcare environments can be highly productive without operating from constant chaos, burnout, or outdated systems. Our goal is to create a workplace where innovation, organization, leadership, and genuine human connection work together to support sustainable growth and a healthier, more fulfilling work environment.

We are actively building smarter systems using technology, AI tools, automation, and operational strategy to create a more efficient, organized, and patient-centered experience. Rather than replacing people, we use technology to reduce unnecessary stress, improve communication, increase clarity, and create more space for meaningful work and stronger patient relationships.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, emotionally intelligent, organized, and motivated to help us create an exceptional patient and team experience.

    Position Overview

As our Dental Patient Concierge, you will play a central role in shaping the patient experience from the very first interaction through long-term follow-up care. You will serve as both the welcoming face of the practice and a key operational partner helping maintain a calm, organized, and high-functioning environment.

This role combines hospitality, communication, patient advocacy, scheduling coordination, and administrative leadership. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a people-centered environment, enjoys creating order and efficiency, communicates with warmth and professionalism, and takes pride in helping others feel cared for and supported.
