    Chicago Oral Surgery & Implant Center is looking for a warm and organized Patient Coordinator to join their front office team. This is an onsite role based in Chicago, IL, with responsibilities that support all three of the practice’s locations. As the first point of contact for patients, the Patient Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring a professional and welcoming experience—whether that's in person and over the phone. You’ll assist with scheduling, insurance verification, check-in/check-out, and general administrative support across the locations, helping to maintain consistency and excellent service throughout the patient journey. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.     Schedule for the Patient Coordinator:

    • Monday - Friday: 8AM - 5PM

    • Saturday: 8AM - 1PM

    *Team is to be at the office 30 minutes prior to start time.

    Responsibilities and Requirements of the Patient Coordinator:

    • At least 2 years of patient coordinator experience required

    • Answer phones

    • and address inquiries from patients, ensuring excellent customer service.Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar using the patient management software. Communicate effectively with patients to confirm and remind them of their appointments

    • Assist with the coordination of patient records and paperwork. Ensure all patient information is accurate and up to date with recent treatments and procedures

    • Maintain a clean and organized front office area

    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

    • Ability to work well with a team and possess a positive, friendly personality
