We seek an upbeat person with a smile to greet our patients when they walk through the door, first impressions are everything.

We are looking for a team member that has the following traits:

Happy and self motivated: A smiling face to greet our patients and make sure they are comfortable.

Kind and patient: We want our patients to feel welcomed and cared for from the moment the give us their first call.

Team player: Only by working as a team can we run efficiently as a practice.

Pay is determined based off of experience level. We prefer 1-2 years of working in a dental office but are willing to train someone that is new to the dental field. Experience with Dentrix preferred. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn is even more important than experience!

Our office is open Monday to Saturday. The hours are Monday to Friday 7:30am - 7:30 pm and Saturday from 7:30am to 1:30pm. Working full time is approximately 40 hours per week. The schedule is flexible, but we do require employees to work at least 1-2 Saturdays per month.

Responsibilities:

Checking patients in and out

Scheduling patients

Verifying insurance

Sending claims

Taking payments
