    The Opportunity

    We're seeking a compassionate, proactive Patient Coordinator to join our growing practice. This role is perfect for someone who wants to be part of the future of healthcare in a supportive, daytime environment where every team member matters.

    Schedule:

    Friday: 10:30am - 3:00pm

    Monday OR Wednesday: 11:00am - 7:00pm

    Growth potential: This role can expand to additional days/hours for the right person

    Compensation:

    Starting pay: $17/hour

    First raise opportunity after successful 90-day trial period

    What You'll Do

    As a Patient Coordinator, you'll be the welcoming face of our practice while supporting clinic operations. In our collaborative environment, everyone pitches in—you'll wear many hats and gain exposure to all aspects of running an integrative healthcare practice.

    Your responsibilities include:

    Greeting patients warmly and providing exceptional customer service

    Assisting in appointment scheduling and coordination

    Supporting room turnover and maintaining a clean, peaceful environment

    Assisting with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and supply ordering

    Contributing to social media content and community outreach events

    Collaborating with the team to improve office processes and patient experience

    Required experience:

    1+ year customer service experience

    Comfortable with computers and learning new software
