Image Orthodontics in Oakland is in search of an experienced Patient Coordinator to join our team. The Patient Coordinator plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service by welcoming patients, managing appointments, and supporting the clinical team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, highly organized, and able to maintain positivity and composure in a fast-paced environment. Spanish fluency is strongly preferred to effectively serve our diverse patient community.

Schedule

• This position is Full-Time
• Some Saturdays will be required.

Responsibilities Include

• Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the office.
• Manage patient appointments and maintain the office schedule to ensure efficient operations.
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, providing information and scheduling appointments as needed
• Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with billing and payment inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized front office area
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless patient experiences
• Support marketing and promotional efforts to attract and retain patients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience as a Patient Coordinator, Dental/Medical Receptionist, or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and approachable demeanor
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated resilience, dependability, and adaptability in a fast-paced office setting.
• Proven ability to exercise critical thinking and problem solving in daily tasks.
• Experience with dental/orthodontic software systems preferred
• Fluent in Spanish is strongly preferred
