    About the Role:

    Responsibilities:

    Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

    Schedule appointments and manage patient records efficiently.

    Communicate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.

    Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism.

    Process insurance claims and verify patient eligibility.

    Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.

    Assist with billing and payment processing as needed.

    Support the clinical team with administrative tasks to enhance patient experience.

    Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare is a plus.

    Previous experience in a medical office or patient coordination role preferred.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients.

    Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

    Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

    Compassionate demeanor and a passion for helping others.

    Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
