    Patient Coordinator / Patient Concierge Join Our Upscale Periodontal Practice in Delivering Exceptional Patient Experiences

    We are seeking a warm, energetic, and detail-oriented Patient Coordinator / Patient Concierge to be the welcoming face of our boutique periodontal practice. This key role is ideal for someone who thrives in a patient-facing environment and takes pride in delivering high-touch service from the very first phone call to the final farewell.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Serve as the first point of contact for all patients, delivering a warm and professional welcome both in person and over the phone

    Ensure every patient has an exceptional experience, from scheduling to check-in and follow-up

    Manage daily communications including phone calls, emails, and appointment confirmations

    Guide patients through the new patient process and ensure all forms and documentation are complete

    Assist with verifying insurance information (practice is fee-for-service but insurance coordination knowledge is helpful)

    Maintain immaculate front office organization and patient flow

    Communicate clearly and kindly with both patients and team members

    Track patient preferences and follow-up needs to maintain a personalized approach to care

    Qualifications:

    Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a naturally warm and professional demeanor

    Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail

    Tech-savvy and proficient with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)

    Experience in dental, medical, hospitality, or luxury service environments is a plus

    Dental experience preferred but not required—we value attitude, work ethic, and a genuine desire to provide top-tier service
