What You’ll Do

As a Patient Coordinator, you will be one of the main faces of our office and play a huge role in the patient experience.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting patients warmly by name and creating a welcoming environment

Scheduling and managing patient appointments efficiently

Answering phones with professionalism, warmth, and confidence

Assisting patients with paperwork and office processes

Verifying and understanding insurance information

Checking patients in and out while collecting payments

Helping maintain smooth patient flow throughout the office

Communicating closely with doctors and team members to maximize patient care

Anticipating patient needs and helping create a five-star experience

Staying organized and efficient in a busy, fast-moving environment

What We’re Looking For

Someone who truly enjoys helping and interacting with people

Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Ability to stay calm, professional, and upbeat during busy times

Excellent communication skills

Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed

Strong work ethic and reliability

Comfortable learning computer systems and office software

Customer service experience preferred

Chiropractic, medical office, hospitality, sales, or high-level customer service experience is a plus
