PRIME Movement is a boutique physical therapy clinic specializing in TMJ, spine, and whole-body movement care. We operate under a team-based care model and provide a premium; one-on-one experience focused on results.
We are not looking for a traditional front desk person.

Key Responsibilities
Convert incoming calls, texts, and online inquiries into scheduled evaluations
Verify out-of-network (OON) benefits and communicate clearly
Help guide patients toward committing to a Plan of Care
Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and front desk flow
Support providers by helping set up patients in the back office when needed
Follow up with leads through CRM (including Facebook inquiries)
Support call volume and administrative needs for our Riverside location
Qualifications & Experience (Preferred)
1+ year experience in front desk, medical, dental, PT, or wellness setting
Experience handling inbound calls and converting them into scheduled appointments
Comfortable discussing pricing and services with patients
Experience verifying insurance benefits or out-of-network (OON) benefits is a plus
Familiarity with CRM, scheduling software, or EMR/EHR systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong follow-through
Spanish-speaking is a plus
