    Role Overview

    We’re looking for a Patient Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. In this role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for prospective and existing patients - guiding them through their care journey, answering questions, and ensuring they receive the support they need to stay engaged with our services.

    This position is ideal for someone who is empathetic, confident on the phone, and results-driven.

    What You’ll Do

    Follow up with prospective patients who began but did not complete the onboarding or checkout process

    Re-engage past patients and help them restart their care plans

    Connect with patients requesting cancellations to understand concerns and offer solutions

    Educate patients on available treatments, benefits, and next steps

    Build trust and rapport through clear, compassionate communication

    Maintain accurate records of patient interactions in our system

    Consistently meet or exceed performance and engagement targets

    What We’re Looking For

    1–3+ years of experience in sales, customer retention, or patient coordination (telehealth or healthcare preferred)

    Strong communication skills, especially over the phone

    Ability to handle objections and guide conversations with confidence

    Empathy and professionalism when discussing sensitive health topics

    Self-motivated and comfortable working independently (no micromanagement).

    Experience with CRM systems is a plus
