About the Job We are searching for an energetic, personable, and thorough "appointment closer" to contact prospective clients that were generated into the CRM through social media marketing for 7-10 medical spas across the country. The appointment closer is responsible for following up with the leads daily to answer questions pertaining to the medspa or the promotional offer, with the purpose of converting them into confirmed appointments secured with appointment deposits. The appointment closer is responsible for tracking all appointments booked and reporting daily on progress. To be successful as an appointment closer, you should be determined to achieve and surpass the contractual guarantee of each account, as well as the team goals. An outstanding appointment setter will demonstrate a thorough understanding of many different types of popular aesthetic facial and non-invasive body sculpting treatments that are on the market today. Responsibilities: * Familiarizing yourself with essential details of each medspa company and their products and services. * Calling, texting, and emailing all prospective clients daily. * Fielding basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer. * Scheduling an appointment, securing it with credit card deposit. * Keeping a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered. * Attending 1o1, Team and Client meetings * Informing the Account Manager of recurrent product-related complaints that warrant addressing. Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent. * 3+ years of customer service experience, med spa, health and wellness preferred * Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite * Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. * Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail. * Excellent phone etiquette. * Professional and courteous disposition. * Persuasive and results-oriented.
