We are a high-end Plastic Surgery practice on the UES looking for the "heartbeat" of our office. We need someone with great energy who is autonomous, sharp, and genuinely fun to be around. You aren’t just sitting behind a desk; you are the first impression for every patient and the voice of our brand online.
This is the perfect role for a recent grad or energetic professional who loves beauty, aesthetics, and social media, and wants to learn how a top-tier medical practice runs.
What You’ll Actually Do (The Breakdown):
60% The "Face" of the Practice (Front Desk & Patient Concierge)
Own the Room: You are the first face patients see. You’ll greet them, make them feel VIP, and keep the flow of the office moving.
Master the Knowledge: You need to become a sponge. You will learn every procedure we offer so you can confidently answer questions over the phone and in person.
Gatekeeper: You’ll handle phone calls, emails, and scheduling with a warm, professional, and "with-it" attitude.
20% Lead Management & Digital Response
Capture the Opportunity: When new leads come in (via DM, email, or web), you are the first responder. You’ll engage them quickly and get them scheduled.
Inbox Control: You’ll manage the practice’s general email and social inboxes, ensuring no potential patient is left on "read."
20% Socials & Clinical Assist
Social Media: You’ll keep our feed alive. We don't need an influencer (you won't be on camera much), but we need someone with an aesthetic eye to post content, stories, and updates during downtime.
Clinical Assist: When the medical staff is busy, you’ll jump in to assist with patient photos, room turnover, or simple setups. You’re a team player first.
You Are:
Autonomous & Smart: You don’t need someone hovering over you. You see something that needs doing, and you do it.
Tech-Savvy: You can navigate Instagram/TikTok, EMR software, and email platforms without blinking.
A "People Person": You have a great vibe. You can chat with a nervous patient, a VIP, or a vendor with equal ease.
Organized: You can switch from greeting a patient to posting a Story to answering a lead without losing your cool.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
Interest in Plastic Surgery/Aesthetics.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Ability to commute to the Upper East Side daily.
