We are looking for a new addition to our team! This is a position for a positive, outgoing, hard working and compassionate person who thrives in customer service positions. We are a three surgeon Plastic and Reconstructive surgery practice that primarily serves women looking for reconstruction after breast cancer.

Hours: Hours will vary depending on clinic times Monday- Friday

Locations: This role will require traveling between our three locations: Phoenix Peoria Chandler

Job Responsibilities include:

• Clinic scheduling

• Check in and check out patients for appointments

• Collect copay and process patient payments

• Review patient paperwork

• Patient satisfaction follow up

• Scanning medical information to EHR

• Checking and routing faxes

• Call Routing

• Patient message routing via secure text platform

-FMLA paperwork

• Medical Records

Work Experience: The ideal candidate has previous call referral experience as well as experience obtaining insurance verification. Previous EHR experience preferred. Experience working in a medical office is preferred. We used "Advanced MD" in our office.

Schedule:

8 hour shifts

Day shifts only

No weekends/No Call
