    Gotham Footcare is NYC’s premier minimally invasive and cosmetic foot center. We are a fast-paced, highly structured private medical practice with a polished, patient-focused service model.

    We are seeking a warm, intelligent, and dependable Patient Experience Coordinator to oversee front desk operations and support surgical scheduling.

    This is a permanent, long-term role for someone seeking stability and growth in a high-accountability environment.

    Schedule & Availability

    This is a full-time, on-site position (40 hours per week).

    Office hours are:

    • Monday & Friday: 7:45 AM – 6:00 PM

    • Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 7:45 AM – 7:00 PM

    • Occasional Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

    Candidates must be available to work within these business hours, including shared closing shifts as part of the team schedule.

    Consistent availability and reliability are essential.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage physician calendars and appointment flow

    • Oversee front desk operations and patient experience

    • Handle patient communication (phone, email, text)

    • Support surgical case coordination

    • Ensure smooth daily operations and patient flow

    • Drive patient satisfaction and 5-star reviews

    • Maintain a polished, professional front-of-house presence

    This is not a passive reception role. You are the operational anchor of the office.

    Ideal Background

    • 2+ years in executive assistant, corporate administrative, hospitality, high-end retail, or medical office experience

    • Strong organizational and communication skills

    • Comfortable in fast-paced, structured environments

    • Professional presentation and demeanor

    • Excellent attendance and punctuality

    Medical experience is welcome but not required.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • $60,000 base salary

    • Monthly performance bonuses up to $1,500

    • Total potential compensation up to $78,000

    • 10 PTO days
