    Are you a polished professional with a passion for wellness? Our state-of-the-art concierge wellness clinic is looking for a detail-oriented, energetic individual to join our team immediately. As the face of our high-end facility, you will ensure every client receives a seamless, luxury experience from the moment they walk through the door.

    The Role This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted position that requires a "client-first" mentality. You will manage the front-of-house operations, coordinating appointments and handling administrative tasks within a sophisticated, modern environment.

    What You’ll Do

    Provide elite customer service to a discerning clientele.

    Manage high-volume scheduling and multi-task between phone, email, and in-person inquiries.

    Handle financial transactions and maintain precise records.

    Collaborate closely with our wellness team to ensure smooth clinic flow.

    De-escalate and resolve difficult situations with grace and professionalism.

    What We’re Looking For

    Experience: Previous experience as a Wellness or Spa Concierge is highly preferred.

    Skills: Computer savvy, exceptionally organized, and a master of detail.

    Traits: A team player who thrives in a high-end environment and remains calm under pressure.

    Education: No degree required; we value experience and attitude above all.

    Position Details

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break).

    Compensation: Competitive hourly pay.
