    Your Role: The Experience Multiplier

    As Treatment & Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be both the welcoming front line of the practice.

    Be the first and best impression—on the phone and in person

    Problem-solve like a pro when things get busy or messy

    Translate treatment plans into clear, confident conversations

    Execute systems and SOPs to keep the practice humming

    Work closely with the dentist and team to align with the bigger vision

    Keep the schedule flowing (even on those tricky days)

    Independent and self-starting—no hand-holding needed

    Experience & Skills

    2+ years of working in a dental practice

    Strong organizational and tech skills

    Ability to bring energy to the team and inspire others to step up
