Responsibilities: You’ll be the hub of the clinic , helping everything run smoothly while creating an exceptional patient experience. • Welcome patients and create a positive, professional first impression • Coordinate schedules across multiple providers and services • Manage calls, texts, and follow-ups with clarity and care • Collect payments and guide patients through financial expectations • Verify insurance and confidently explain coverage • Keep clinic flow organized and efficient • Maintain accurate records and systems • Support your team and contribute to a high-performing clinic environment Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Strong communication and people skills • Highly organized with attention to detail • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment • Positive, team-first mindset • Confidence in discussing insurance and payments with patients • Quick learner who takes initiative • Comfortable with computers and systems (EMR experience is a plus) • Experience in healthcare or customer service is helpful, but not required Compensation: $22 - $25 hourly
