    We’re Hiring: Patient Experience Specialists (Hybrid| Healthcare) Remote — must live within driving distance of Chesterfield, MO or Chariton, IA

    About the Role

    This is a remote/hybrid position supporting our clinics by answering all incoming calls and educating current and prospective patients on the full scope of James Clinic services.

    The pace is fast. The expectations are high. You’ll be multitasking across multiple platforms while delivering calm, confident, exceptional customer service.

    What You’ll Do

    Answer a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and warmth

    Educate patients and potential patients on James Clinic services and programs

    Schedule appointments across providers and locations

    Order supplements and assist with patient requests

    Download and distribute lab reports

    Update patient charts and documentation in our EMR

    Respond to patient messages and letters through the EMR

    Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously without losing accuracy

    What You Must Bring

    Strong phone experience (required)

    Medical and EMR experience (required to be successful)

    Exceptional customer service and communication skills

    Ability to multitask quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment

    Comfort working independently without constant supervision

    Reliability and consistency—attendance matters here

    Clinic Hours

    Monday–Thursday: 7:00am–7:00pm Friday: 8:00am–5:00pm

    We offer flexibility in scheduling, but consistent attendance is non-negotiable.

    • a slow pace or low call volume -rigid scripts and step-by-step instructions
    • constant supervision or micromanagement
    • one system open at a time
