Core Responsibilities:
Convert incoming calls and inquiries into scheduled new patient appointments
Guide new patients through the onboarding process to ensure readiness and confidence
Manage scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups to support strong show rates
Support patient retention through clear communication and consistent follow-through
Maintain accurate records and document all patient interactions appropriately
Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure seamless patient flow
Participate in daily team huddles focused on performance and shared goals
Take initiative in identifying opportunities to improve patient experience and clinic flow
