This is not a basic administrative or front desk role—you will be responsible for coordinating patient communication, administrative workflows, and helping maintain an exceptional patient experience throughout the practice. This role plays a direct part in patient retention, schedule efficiency, and overall practice growth.

Monitor systems, processes, and performance metrics to ensure efficiency

This role is NOT a fit for someone who:

    Prefers a slow-paced environment

    Is not people-friendly

    Needs constant direction

Is uncomfortable handling patient financial conversations

    Compensation & Benefits

$23–$28/hour based on experience + up to 5% quarterly performance bonus based on measurable KPIs including schedule utilization, response time, and patient satisfaction

    Health/Dental/Vision

    STD/LTD/Life Insurance

    401(k): 6% employer match (2-year vesting)

PTO: 10–20 days based on tenure + six paid holidays

    Schedule

    Monday–Friday, in person, approximately 8:30am–5:00pm

Limited scheduling flexibility may be available based on performance and role responsibilities.

    Requirements:

Experience with scheduling software, medical billing workflows, or financial administrative tasks

Demonstrate strong organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with frequent patient communication.

    Excellent communication and problem-solving ability

Highly responsive, detail-oriented, and takes strong ownership of responsibilities.

    Strong administrative and organizational skills

Consistently demonstrate integrity, patience, and a high standard of patient-facing customer care, including the ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and composure.

    Preferred:

    Bachelor's Degree

2+ years of experience in outpatient healthcare or medical office setting

    Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems

Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly is highly valued.

We value warmth, professionalism, accountability, and people who naturally take initiative without needing constant oversight.

    Why This Role Stands Out

High-impact role directly tied to patient experience, operational performance, and practice growth.

Exposure to all aspects of a growing medical practice.

Opportunity to grow into further operations or leadership support roles.

Performance-driven environment with strong expectations and autonomy.

If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of your work, and wants to play a meaningful role in a growing healthcare practice, we encourage you to apply.
