    We're looking for a welcoming and detail-oriented Patient Registration Coordinator to join our front desk team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you play a vital role in creating a warm and professional environment while ensuring accurate and efficient registration and scheduling.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Greet patients with professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude

    • Accurately collect and enter patient information into our system

    • Capable of placing outbound calls to schedule appointments

    • Verifying patient information and creating a warm, friendly environment

    • Ensuring patient checkouts and upcoming appointments are scheduled

    • Calling to confirm upcoming patient appointments

    • Verify insurance eligibility and explain financial policies

    • Schedule appointments and manage front office workflow

    • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly

    • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support smooth office operations

    • Maintain confidentiality of all patient information and comply with HIPAA regulations

    Basic Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required

    • Previous experience in a dental or healthcare front office is preferred, but not required

    • Strong communication and customer service skills

    • Comfort with computers, scheduling software, and multitasking in a busy environment

    • A team player with a willingness to learn and grow
