Your Impact (Key Responsibilities)
🔹 Create Connection with Patients
Be the trusted point of contact for patients, delivering clarity and confidence in their healthcare journey.
Handle concerns and complaints directly, resolving issues promptly and compassionately.
Maintain daily inbox and voicemail communication to ensure no patient is left waiting.
Track every interaction to drive consistent improvement.
🔹 Build Bridges with Partners
Strengthen relationships with referring practices to create smooth, seamless patient transitions.
Provide feedback to leadership, ensuring our systems grow stronger through collaboration.
🔹 Champion the Referral Process
Coordinate with partner practices so patients never feel lost in the shuffle.
Ensure all referred patients have what they need, when they need it.
Represent PriMMed in the community, fostering trust with SCS trial reps and medical partners.
🔹 Be the Patient’s Voice
Advocate for patient needs with providers.
Facilitate clear communication between patients and clinicians so patients feel empowered, not overwhelmed.
🔹 Drive Growth Through Insight
Report on trends, complaints, and outcomes to spotlight opportunities for improvement.
Contribute to strategies that elevate both patient satisfaction and partner relationships.
Respond to insurance claim grievances with professionalism and accuracy.
