We are excited to invite compassionate, driven, and polished professionals to join our dynamic team as a Patient Navigator Advocate (PNA) at Mid Cities Psychiatry. In this essential, client-facing role, you will help guide patients through their mental health journey by facilitating referrals, providing education on our innovative treatment offerings including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Esketamine, and Ketamine therapies and ensuring seamless care coordination.
As a PNA, you’ll play a vital part in educating patients, answering their inquiries, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation. You’ll work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to verify insurance benefits, manage prior authorizations, and ensure smooth access to care.
We are seeking candidates who are not only passionate about mental health but who also bring energy, adaptability, and a professional presence. The ideal candidate has experience in sales or lead generation, thrives in fast-paced environments, and takes pride in being well-presented, personable, and engaging. You will be the welcoming face of our clinic representing our brand with confidence and care.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required; 1–3 years in sales, customer service, or lead generation (healthcare experience preferred)
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and EMR systems
Sales & Communication: Demonstrated success in sales or client relations; warm, engaging, and approachable demeanor
Organization & Initiative: Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable with excellent multitasking and follow-through skills
Confident and polished, with a poised and composed demeanor
Maintains a professional appearance and represents the clinic with grace in client-facing settings
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
