    National Institute of Clinical Research, a research organization serving the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, is searching for a Patient Recruitment Specialist Psychiatry, with 2 or more years of experience.

    We are seeking a highly motivated Patient Recruitment Specialist to join our research team in identifying and recruiting subjects for clinical trials. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and enrolling eligible participants into clinical trials focused on mental health and psychiatric conditions. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and comfortable working with vulnerable populations and has excellent communication skills

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement recruitment strategies for psychiatric clinical trials in coordination with the research and clinical teams.

    Conduct initial pre-screening interviews via phone, video, or in person to assess eligibility based on study inclusion/exclusion criteria.

    Maintain accurate and timely documentation of outreach efforts, screening logs, and recruitment metrics.

    Build relationships with community organizations, clinics, and providers to support participant referrals.

    Coordinate recruitment materials and advertisements (flyers, social media, etc.) with marketing and compliance.

    Maintain understanding of active study protocols and ensure ethical recruitment practices.

    Communicate regularly with study coordinators and investigators regarding recruitment progress and participant status.

    Attend community events or presentations as needed to promote awareness of available psychiatric research studies.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree Marketing.

    2 + years experience in marketing / customer service / sales.

    Excellent communication skills verbal and written

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    Being bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

    Plus:

    Experience working in medical / clinical research, especially with psychiatric or behavioral health studies.

    Position Location: Orange County / Los Angeles
