    Professional VisionCare is thrilled to welcome a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist/Call Center Representative to our Patient Relations Team at our Westerville location! We are a thriving optometry practice dedicated to improving lives through exceptional vision care, and we're proud to offer PAID training to all new team members.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing the happiest, most helpful care to every patient.
    • Manage patient check-ins and verify demographic information.
    • Maintain and update patient charts and office records with accuracy.
    • Verify vision benefits and insurance coverage, including pulling authorizations as needed.
    • Handle patient payments with precision and record them accurately.
    • Respond to patient inquiries with outstanding follow-through and care.
    • Efficiently schedule and confirm appointments to optimize patient flow.
    • Operate a multi-line inbound phone system (high call volume similar to a call center environment).
    • Perform administrative tasks such as new patient tracking and follow-ups for special testing.

    We're seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will:

    • Have an enthusiastic and genuine joy for helping others, and loves to talk to people, as though no one is a stranger.
    • Possess strong organizational skills and a positive attitude.
    • Demonstrate reliability, dependability, and an excellent attendance record.
    • Exhibit exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and electronic).
    • Provide friendly, empathetic, and thoughtful customer service, even in challenging situations.
    • Be eager to learn new skills, work independently, and adapt to new processes.
    • Be available to work five full shifts per week, including Saturdays (with one weekday off each week).
    • Thrive in a team-oriented environment and enjoy positivity and encouragement.
    • Experience in a call center setting is preferred, but not required.

    Work Schedule:

    • Monday through Thursday: 7:45 AM–5:00 PM
    • Friday/Saturday: 7:45 AM–1:30 PM
    • Every Sunday and one weekday off per week.
