Role: Patient Service Representative (Dual Role)

Location/Type: Lake Forest, CA • Onsite, floats across Orange County clinics
Pay: $21–$26/hour + $0.70/mile reimbursement
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1–6 PM (no weekends)

What you'll do

• Check in/out patients; answer calls; manage schedules

• Verify insurance; explain benefits, costs

• Assist patients with PT machines, workouts

• Float between OC clinics (mileage paid)

• Keep records updated in EHR (Athena preferred)

• Support PTs, PTAs, dietitians, social workers

Must-haves

• 1+ year in medical office/outpatient clinic

• Bilingual English + Spanish

• Insurance verification or billing experience

• EHR system proficiency

• Within commuting distance; willing to float clinics

Nice to have

• Physical therapy or MSK clinic background

• Athena EMR experience
