    Director of Intake \- ABA

    Location: Hybrid – Englewood Cliffs, NJ (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
    Compensation: Up to $125,000 base salary + $15K–$20K performance-based bonus

    About the Role:
    We are seeking a dynamic and polished Director of Intake Operations to lead and manage our intake team. You’ll report directly to the VP of Intake and serve as the day-to-day leader for a 7-person team (5 onsite, 2 offshore). This role is critical to driving our conversion rates and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, train, and support the intake team to exceed KPIs and performance benchmarks.

    • Identify and implement improvements to intake systems and workflows.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality client experiences.

    • Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and development.

    • Troubleshoot complex intake scenarios with a problem-solving mindset.

    • Serve as the go-to point person for escalations and internal process enhancements.

    Who You Are:

    • A hands-on leader with 3+ years of experience managing an intake, admissions, or client services team—preferably in ABA, healthcare, or homecare.

    • A confident communicator with a professional presence and a go-getter attitude.

    • A creative thinker who is constantly looking for ways to improve systems and outcomes.

    • Able to work independently but thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    Preferred Experience:

    • Experience in ABA therapy, homecare, or related healthcare fields.

    • Proven track record of increasing conversions and improving team performance.

    • Long-term tenure in previous roles demonstrating loyalty and growth.

    Work Schedule & Benefits:
