    Location: Teaneck, NJ
    Salary: $90,000 + 10–15% Annual Bonus
    Schedule: Full-time, In-Person

    Position Overview

    As the Patient Services Team Lead, you will oversee a team of Intake Representatives to ensure the smooth onboarding of new patients and the effectiveness of our patient services operation. This role blends leadership, coordination, and performance management to create a streamlined and compassionate intake experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and support a team of Intake Representatives
    • Oversee the response process for all new patient inquiries
    • Ensure timely, accurate communication with patients and families
    • Guide team in assessing patient eligibility and service alignment
    • Manage the intake pipeline from inquiry to assessment
    • Monitor performance and coach team to improve metrics and outcomes
    • Partner with marketing and outreach to align on lead quality and messaging
    • Maintain detailed documentation and records in system
    • Provide reports to leadership on patient trends and intake effectiveness
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth patient onboarding
    • Help optimize workflows and support quality improvement initiatives

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years in patient services, customer care, or healthcare intake
    • Prior team lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred
    • High emotional intelligence and active listening skills
    • Strong time management and organizational abilities
    • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback to drive results
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required

    Must-Haves

    • 2+ years of experience in a patient-facing or customer service role
    • Ability to lead, mentor, and support a high-performing team
    • Strong follow-up and communication skills
    • Comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
    • In-person availability at the Teaneck, NJ office
