Treatment Education — Review treatment plans, procedures, and financial options with patients.

Record Management — Assist with accurate documentation and EHR updates.

Insurance Assistance — Verify insurance, support claims processing, and follow up as needed.

✔️ Requirements

Dental Office Experience -Front desk and Dental administrative background.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with dental software Dentrix and Dental intel a plus

Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Reliable and has the Ability to thrive in a team‑oriented setting.

Keen Knowledge of dental Insurance and terminology

Keen knowledge of front desk procedures

Positive attitude and genuine passion for patient care.
