RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR SERVICE MANAGER:

• Oversee all daily operations, participate where necessary
• Develop and lead a team
• Make sure all guests feel welcomed and appreciated
• Maintain health and safety standards
• Control profit & loss
• Ensure food quality
• Execute corporate & local marketing programs

REQUIREMENTS OF OUR SERVICE MANAGER:

• Know food and labor costs
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures
• Ability to train and retain team members
• Driver’s license
• Agree to a background check
