Recruiters Needed REMOTE ONLY No Cap on Commissions** 

• Partner with Recruiting Team to plan, implement, and execute on various sourcing strategies

• Advise on market trends, industry insights, and identifiable talent pools

• Source, engage, and nurture passive talent through various tools including Zip Recruiter, Boolean Searches, and alternative search techniques to identify qualified candidates

• Research new sourcing techniques and channels 

• Provide insights and collaborate with candidates at various stages of the interview process, including Recruiting Phone Screens and Technical Phone Screens!
