Job Description

International wholesaler and lifestyle brand Patricia Nash is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for directly helping customers by providing product and service information, processing returns, fulfilling orders, and resolving issues. Duties: * Ensure all customer conflicts are resolved according to company policy * Resolve customer issues via phone, email, social media, and chat * Provide information about the products and services * Manage large amounts of incoming calls * Investigate/troubleshoot all customer issues with e-commerce orders, shipments, returns, etc. * Assist in warranty claim process * Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges * Assist customer service manager with any additional tasks that need to be completed * Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support * Document and update customer records based on interactions Qualifications: * Previous customer service experience * Computer experience * Problem-solving skills under pressure * Patience in assisting confused, angry, or frustrated customers * Positive and professional demeanor * Excellent verbal and written communication skills Minimum Qualifications : Ideal candidate would have some customer service and/or e-commerce experience. Must be detail-oriented, good time management skills, have some Excel knowledge, and be willing to work in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment.
