Smartronix, Inc. is an information technology and engineering solutions provider specializing in Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Health IT, Network Operations, and Mission-Focused Engineering. We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Systems Administrator. The desired candidate will:
- Administer production, development, and testing environments in a complex, heterogeneous, cross-platform environment.
- Maintain SAN, servers, switches, security implementations, monitor server performance and stability, and ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Provide technical expertise and techniques for all activities associated with enterprise systems.
- Provide engineering, systems analysis, design, development, documentation, and creation of enterprise systems to ensure appropriate implementation and performance of all assigned systems and products and to ensure new emerging systems are being deployed in accordance with Information Assurance requirements.
- Administer continual maintenance and ensure consistent operations of a large variety of Windows servers and applications.
- Conduct and coordinate functional tests across a variety of enterprise platforms to guarantee proper stability of systems. Manage all admin/user accounts, enterprise applications, and server applications.
- Serve as a technical point of contact for assessing and analyzing all enterprise client systems, hardware, and software issues.
- Provide the highest level of back-end or Tier 3 support by identifying, prioritizing, and determining a solution for reported customer issues and problems.

- 5+ years of experience with Data on Tap (i.e., NetApp Storage Experience)
- Systems Administration experience with Redhat Linux and Windows Server 2008, 2008 R2, 2012 or later
- VMware, Hyper-V
Preferred Experience with:
- NetApp Certified Data Management Administrator (NCDA)
- PowerShell Scripting
- Sun Solaris
- VMWare Virtual Desktop technologies
- Storage Area Network System (SANS)
- Backup Exec Software
