We are seeking individuals who are proficient in the Oracle Cloud HCM product suite, including HCM, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, and Time & Labor modules, with expertise in at least two modules. Additionally, candidates should have a strong background in business process transformations using HCM cloud technology and crafting Solution Architecture aligned with Best Practices and Oracle Cloud Delivered Functionality.

Qualification:

Expert in the Oracle Cloud HCM product suite (HCM, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Time & Labor modules). Must be an expert in at least 2 modules.

Business process transformation using HCM cloud.

Solution Architecture that aligns with Best Practices and Oracle Cloud Delivered Functionality

Perform the following on an engagement:

Understand client business requirements and built out detailed Requirements and Fit/Gap documents and solutions to gaps to client requirements and Oracle cloud functionality.

Perform configurations to support the Oracle Cloud HCM solution, and demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype solutions.

Build and deliver multiple iterative prototypes

Build out Unit Test Cases and perform Testing of the Application to support client Requirements

Drive and Manage Conference Room Pilot Sessions

Assist Client with UAT/SIT Sessions

Support Organization change management activities as they relate the module/process area.

Work with the client in mapping legacy HCM data to HCM Cloud attributes and HDL/HSDL formats.

Complete the work assigned by the Project Manager within the budgeted time allocated.

Support the integration technical consulting team with functional design documentation for integrations and reports; perform unit testing and functional testing of the integrations between HCM and third party/custom solutions.

Understand Oracle’s Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements.

An ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 full life cycle implementations of HCM.

HCM Cloud Certified on the module of the Candidate’s Core Competency

Redwood Certified (preferred)

Ability to perform personalizations/customizations on Redwood VB Express

10+ years implementing Human Capital Management solutions.

Ability to be in client office up to 50% of the time.
