We are currently seeking a dedicated Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation and Support Specialist to join our esteemed team. This role entails implementing and supporting HCM Cloud Applications, covering conversion, integrations, and reports. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
HCM Cloud Application Implementation: Implement and support HCM Cloud Applications, including conversion activities from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Integration Support: Collaborate with third-party vendors to design and test integrations to and from HCM Cloud, facilitating seamless connectivity and data exchange.
Offshore Collaboration: Work closely with offshore development teams to deliver projects on time and within scope, maintaining effective communication and coordination.
Issue Resolution: Proactively troubleshoot issues, conduct thorough analysis, and take appropriate action to resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Hands-On Development: Utilize hands-on development experience to maintain and support Oracle HCM Cloud inbound and outbound integrations using various tools, including BI Publisher, HCM extracts & OTBI reports, HCM Data Loader, and Spreadsheet Loader.
Integration Automation: Develop end-to-end integration automation using HCM Cloud SOAP & REST/ATOM web services, optimizing efficiency and performance.
Fast Formula Development: Implement fast formulas across HCM modules to meet specific business requirements effectively.
Customizations and Personalization: Apply expertise in customizations, personalization, approvals, and workflows to tailor Oracle HCM Cloud solutions to organizational needs.
Reporting Expertise: Develop ad-hoc reports using BI Publisher and OTBI to cater to business needs, ensuring stakeholders have access to timely and relevant insights.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 full life cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud.
At least 5 years of experience implementing Human Capital Management solutions.
Ability to be present at client offices up to 50% of the time.
Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud technology, including hands-on experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM extracts & OTBI reports, HCM Data Loader, and Spreadsheet Loader.
Strong understanding of integration methodologies, including SOAP & REST/ATOM web services.
Experience in troubleshooting and issue resolution in Oracle HCM Cloud environments.
