    We are looking for a Sales & Growth professional who is passionate about tech and is obsessed with serving our customers. You will be responsible for prospecting and developing new opportunities with clients in the West South Central. You will be a critical part of a team that is obsessed with serving our customers.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Accelerate a highly organized consultative sales cycle with the goal of closing deals quickly and accurately. You will be responsible for prospecting, outreach, qualifying, pitching, and closing business.
    • Conduct a needs analysis to empower potential customers and properly demonstrate the value of partnering with Pattern. Deploy consultative sales practices to uncover needs and help clients realize where Pattern could assist.
    • Strategically prospect for new clients, focusing on the light industrial, logistics, manufacturing, and retail sectors using emails and cold calls to senior leadership. 
    • Develop and adopt new ways of gaining access, building trust, and overcoming objections with potential customers.
    • Foster and maintain relationships with prospects.
    • Be a driver of our exciting company culture. You will help to create a fun, inclusive, and safe workplace.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 2-4 years of sales experience; preferably in a staffing/recruiting setting. 
    • Bachelor's Degree relevant to the position.
    • You are organized, timely, and constantly ensure no opportunities are missed.
    • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and require little direction to sell into markets and drive results.
    • You have a bias toward action – you know that talking in circles is not what drives results, you are ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the deep end. 
    • You grind at light speed and are quick to learn novel systems unique to Pattern.
    • You have the confidence to present in front of a group and establish yourself as a subject matter expert.
    • You can navigate relationships and conversations with ease. You feel at home communicating with others.

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

    • Knowledge of the light industrial, logistics, and manufacturing industries.
    • Provable and documented track record of taking ownership and driving actual sales results.
