WHAT DOES AN INTERNATIONAL REVOPS ANALYST DO AT PATTERN?

• Develops robust understanding of international marketplaces & how success criteria & operations differ from US marketplaces
• Builds deep knowledge base of Pattern's international capabilities by region & marketplace; stays in sync with international teams to understand how these capabilities grow & evolve over time
• Interfaces with US and International teams (APAC, EMEA) to understand ideal customer profile (ICP) for each region
• Builds target list of Western brands that fit ICP and develop methodologies to size their international opportunities
• Owns ongoing buildout of Total Addressable Market (TAM) for each region
• Identifies & leverages relevant data sources that aid in building international business cases for brands
• Coordinates resources across domestic RevOps team, offshore contractors, and international counterparts to create efficient processes to build these analyses at scale
• Works with domestic & international sales teams to assist with analysis, business case development, and logistics to drive deals to close
• Supports international finance teams with preliminary pricing analysis for target accounts

WHAT WILL I NEED TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE?

• Proven experience working with international teams and understanding differing cultural / business norms & preferences
• Proven experience with data analysis, scraping, market research, modeling
• Outstanding communication abilities, especially with colleagues / brands in other countries / time zones
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office / GSuite
• BS/BA in business management, economics, strategy, international relations, or relevant field
• Basic fluency in Chinese would be a huge plus
