Job Description

As an data science intern at PatternAI, you will have an opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of the data team's core functions, as well as pursue a substantial individual project with high impact.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university and pursuing an advanced degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Math, or related field.

• Proficiency across topics in machine learning and statistics.

• Fluency in Python coding as well as data manipulation (SQL, Spark, Pandas)

• Broad familiarity with the Python ecosystem and common libraries including Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, Keras, Tensorflow, Pandas, and common ML cloud services.

• Familiarity and interest in at least one of the following application areas: NLP, CV, or DSP.

• Experience in design and analysis of experiments, including comparative model performance evaluation is preferred.

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to author and present well organized reports.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
