    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Panda Pediatrics and Adolescent Care, a leading pediatric healthcare provider in Phoenix, Arizona, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Nurse Practitioner in our clinic, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality pediatric care to our patients from infancy to adolescence.     RESPONSIBILITES

    Conduct comprehensive health assessment on pediatric patients, including physical examinations, medical histories, and developmental screenings.

    Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and provide appropriate intervention and treatments.

    Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results.

    Prescribe and manage medications, vaccinations, and other therapies.

    Provide counseling and education to patients and their families about preventive care, nutrition, growth, and development.

    Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans for patients.

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

    Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arizona.

    Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) from a recognized certifying body.

    Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Pediatrics.

    Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

    Strong communication and interpretation skills, including the ability to connect with and engage pediatric patients.

    Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

    Current CPR certification.
