Pattillo, Brown & Hill is searching for an office administrator to join our team in our Waco, Texas office! Responsibilities:
· Project a professional image and provide quality support to all areas of PB&H.
· Process tax returns, financial statements, quarterly payroll reports and various other documents.
· Perform relief duties for other front office staff.
· Answer phones and route callers to the appropriate party.
· Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email or in person.
· Complete various administrative projects assigned in a timely and accurate manner.
· Scanning/copying of documents, filing, manage office mail delivery, administrative errands and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Professional dress, dependable, positive attitude and willing to learn new things.
· Be a team player with good work ethic & ability to follow precise instructions.
· Proficient in Microsoft (Outlook, Word & Excel) and open to learning software specific to PB&H
· Must be able to perform administrative work during high-pressure, high-volume times, especially workloads related to tax deadlines.
· Flexible to work overtime hours as needed during tax deadlines (could be some weekends).
· Must be flexible & willing to be cross trained for other front office / receptionist positions.
