  • Responsibilities

    As a Marketing Brand Strategist in the logistics industry, you will be responsible for collaborating with the client to understand the logistics content at a master level. You will then act as a strategist for the marketing team—helping them package the content for maximum ROI.

    Key Responsibilities:

    ● Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with business goals and objectives.

    ● Create and manage a wide range of content, including blog posts, articles, website copy, email campaigns, social media posts, and more.

    ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to gather insights and ensure content meets audience needs.

    ● Conduct in-depth industry research to stay current with trends and market developments in the logistics sector.

    ● Edit and proofread content for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

    ● Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.

    ● Utilize the Google suite of tools, including Google Analytics and Google Ads, to track and measure the performance of content initiatives.

    ● Manage content calendars and timelines to ensure consistent, timely delivery of content.

    ● Stay up-to-date with emerging content marketing trends and technologies to continuously improve strategies and tactics.

    Knowledge / Skills:

    ● Bachelor's degree in a communication or content-related field, or relevant experience

    ● Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in content writing, content editing, digital marketing, or communications

    ● Strong understanding of the logistics industry and/or financial services industry preferred

    ● Proficiency in the Google suite of tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Drive

    ● Demonstrated ability to analyze data and use insights to refine content strategies

    Core Competencies:

    ● Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas

    ● Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills

    ● Strong communication skills with all levels

    • The ideal candidate understands the nature of our business and this role is not 9-5 and is willing to work extended/flexible hours as needed

    • This is not a remote position, however some hybrid flexibility is available for local candidates
