We are looking for a Recruiter with exceptional evaluation and communication skills. This role will source, screen, interview, and make recommendations regarding potential employees for our client base. This person will be recruiting pick-up and delivery drivers for clients with organizations nationwide.
Prior recruiting experience is not necessary, as we will train the right ambitious candidate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Regularly partners with clients and other appropriate managers to anticipate and plan for staffing needs in advance of required start date • Sources candidates through job boards, referrals, and other avenues • Pre-screens, interviews, qualifies for skill & suitability, and hires top-quality candidates • Leads candidates through the background check process • Performs professional interviews to qualify candidates • Apply HR recruiting best practices • Act as point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process • Promotes company as “best place to work” • Informs candidates of salary and benefits being offered • Sends offer letters to candidates once hiring manager gives approval • Performs other related duties as assigned by management
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Proven ability to work with all levels of management while managing priorities and workflow • Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams • Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
SALARY $40,000
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION • The ideal candidate will be available to work extended/flexible hours if needed • This position will require candidate to primarily work from the office, but some work-from-home flexibility is included • PTO is flexible once training is complete and work obligations are being met • Employee benefits available, including employer-paid health insurance
