    Paul Bunyan Communications is a US based Broadband Internet, Television and Telephone Service Provider. We are seeking a Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

    Primary Responsibilities
        •    Serves as the primary receptionist (answering and directing incoming calls and greeting, directing, and assisting visitors)
        •    Coordinates incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
        •    Orders, stocks, and distributes office supplies
        •    Creates and maintains written correspondence, memos, presentations, spreadsheets, organizational charts, etc. for the senior management team.
        •    Manages the calendars and emails of the senior management team via MS Outlook.
        •    Coordinates Travel plans and itineraries for the senior management team as needed.
        •    Prepares expense reports for the senior management team.
        •    Communicates in a clear, professional and articulate manner. Directly liaises with other important internal and external contacts such as vendors, customers and senior leadership.
        •    Schedules, organizes and coordinates all onsite and offsite meetings as needed.
        •    Prepares and amends PowerPoint and Word presentations as directed by senior management.
        •    Prepares and distributes various corporate records such as agendas, meeting minutes, and/or resolutions.
        •    Performs miscellaneous filing, organizing, faxing, mailing, duplicating, etc
        •    Performs other special projects as directed by senior management

    Desired Skills And Experience
        •    Strong PC literacy with advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
        •    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
        •    Strong organizational skills
        •    Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
        •    An understanding of corporate confidentiality policies and procedures
