Job Description

Paul Construction & Awning is looking for an experienced Service Coordinator with the following requirements and responsibilities:

Part time possibly leading to full time

• Schedule field service technicians for product installations and service, maximizing utilization of our resources.
• Interface with product manufacturer, field service and sales personnel, and customers
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system such as ServiceFusion
• Proficient using computer, phone, and smart apps
• Communicate scheduling, repair status, updates, and challenges to clients proactively.
• Identify escalations and involve management and other office personnel as needed
• Training will be provided
