    What does a Cleaning & Demolition Technician with Paul Davis do?

    Be part of a team of hardworking individuals serving others within your community

    Make a difference for others that have had a disaster strike their property

    Take pride when your team completes mitigation projects

    Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology

    Clean homeowner's and tenants belongings after a fire, storm or other disaster

    Clean the buildings and homes damaged by storms, fires, Mold, etc.

    Help the Mitigation Crew with the demolition of damaged homes and commercial properties when needed

    Be comfortable working in a respirator and hazmat suit when needed

    Some jobs are performed in buildings without electricity and in hazardous conditions but training is provided

    Ability to pass a drug test

    Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed

    Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments.

    Manage/organize contents warehouse

    Ability to lift at least 50 lbs consistently when needed

    Ability to be on your feet several hours a day when needed

    Demonstrate skill and proficiency in content cleaning techniques

    Re-inspect job sites for quality control.

    Maintain clean, properly stocked, and organized trucks along with all company equipment.
